Trying to keep up

I haven't kept my blog up to date & the reason being is i have had a lot on the last few weeks.Following on from my last update mum has had her operation for her knee replacement so Lesley & i were in Glasgow from 11th-13th April visited mum 4 times in that couple of day's.I have to give my mum credit she is 72 years YOUNG as she Say's she was sharing a room with 2 other ladies & she had them laughing with her antics.Mum is one for wearing her lipstick & powder puff so hear she is sitting pretty in her nighty with her lippy & powder on & she shouts over to the lady opposite got my make up on but i have NO KNICKERS ON she was only waiting for the Young male nurse to start his shift she wants a toy boy.Anyway mum is now out of hospital & staying with my sister for a few weeks so Lesley is taking me to visit her on Thursday.
Charlie's mum was rushed into hospital in the early hours of Saturday morning with pleurisy seems she had a chest infection doctor gave her antibiotics but after a couple of days she felt well so never finished the course she was hooked up to drips but thankfully she got home on Monday.That's all the news i have for now so i will try & keep updated.

Going to see

My 72 year old mum

Well we are back through in Glasgow this weekend Friday till Sunday. We are going to see westlife on Saturday night yes i know it's sad but hey i like their songs & this will be the 3rd time we have seen them i think the McDonald brothers from x factor are supporting them.They are really good & put on a good show so i have the binoculars ready this time so i can zoom in on Shane & kian my 2 favorites. On Sunday we are going to spend some time with charlie's mum she usually just gets a flying visit we are staying at my mum's she is going to Blackpool with her sister so we have the house to our self. Lesley & i will be going back to Glasgow on the Wednesday as mum is going into hospital to get her other knee done.She is having her op on Wednesday so all being well we will visit on Wednesday night then again on Thursday & Friday afternoon before we come home. Just hope the op is as successful as the last one she tells us she is getting a boob job & tummy tuck next this is a 72 year old she will be going clubbing next.

MIL'S suprise birthday party

The look on her face was priceless as she realised she wasn't going to a caberet but her suprise 70th birthday party.What a great night it was.This is some photo's of the family Mum inlaw coming in the hall she's the one with the black jacket & glasses on.Then we have mum with her 2 boy's on the right is hubby charlie & left is his brother pat. Then we have Charlie & his baby sister louise.Next is my 2 DD'S Debbie & lesley with Nanna . Then there's charlie's other young sister with her little lad cameron. Then it's mum with all 7 children it's the first time in 11 years that the whole family have been all together so it was a special night all round. Sorry dont know how i managed this but photo's are a bit of a muddle. Anyway top right hand side is nearly all the grandchildren.Top left is mil,her sister & myself
